What is the Love Diet?

The Love Diet is a process that initiates/furthers one's commitment to love yourself FIRST. Many of us are givers, by trade or by nature, and in this posture, we often forget ourselves. Others of us, for religious purposes have worked on mastering the love of "neighbor as SELF," but have forgotten the SELF part as the prerequisite.

Who is it for?

This process is for ANYONE that is ready to invest time and energy in themselves in an effort toward self-love. It's specifically for those who nurture and serve others, i.e. women, moms, wounded healers, preachers, ministers, social workers, empaths etc. who invest time and energy in everyone else, and forget about themselves in the process.
